Please Read Prior to Placing Your Order

Thank you for considering my custom, handmade dinnerware! To ensure you have a seamless experience, please take a moment to review the following information:

Shipping and Handling:

• I use Australia Post for all shipments.

• Insurance can be added to orders over $100 upon your request.

• International shipping may incur additional costs.

• I aim to use recycled packaging whenever possible, based on availability.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, I will provide you with tracking information.

Product Inspection:

• Upon receiving your goods, please inspect them and notify me immediately if there are any issues with the order.

Damaged Goods:

• In the event that your order arrives damaged, please inform me promptly. Take some photos of the damage and send them to me. If the issue was due to shipping, I will remake your product and send it to you free of charge. If your order was insured, I will follow up with the insurance claim.

Product Expectations:

• Please note that variations in colour and size may occur as all items are handmade by me, without the use of machines or automation.

• If you have specific colour expectations, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate them. However, if it is not feasible, I may need to decline the request.

Refunds:

• Refunds are possible after you have returned the goods to me at your own cost. Once I receive and inspect the returned items, I will process the refund within the parameters of my banking institution.

Production Time:

• All products are made to order and will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish before shipping. As each piece is handmade, I believe in embracing a slower pace of life and wish to share this philosophy with others. If I have the items readily available in my studio, processing will be quicker. Please note that large orders may require additional time. I will keep you informed of the progress, and orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
